Shipping Policy

Currently, we are only shipping out orders within the USA.

Furthermore, we are unable to ship Kratom products to the following states/counties/cities within the USA: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, San Diego (CA), Oceanside (CA), Sarasota County (FL), Alton (IL), Jerseyville (IL), Edwardsville (IL), Columbus (MS), Union County (MS), Ascension Parish (LA), Franklin Parish (LA) and Rapides Parish (LA).

Along with your order confirmation/receipt, we will email you a tracking number to confirm that your order has been shipped so you can track the delivery of your package. Do not be alarmed if your shipment does not show up in tracking until the day it is delivered. Many times, tracking information is not updated until after the package has already been delivered or is close to being delivered.

Free River Distributing strives to ensure that all of our customers receive their packages as expeditiously as possible and in the manner according to what was selected at checkout. Orders eligible for free shipping will ship out via USPS Priority Mail, unless customer has otherwise chosen to pay for a more expedited shipping option.

Orders placed on normal business days (Mon – Fri) before 3:00 PM Mountain Time will be shipped out the same day, otherwise they will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship out the next upcoming business day. You should typically receive your product within 2-5 days of placing your order online. If for some reason there is a delay on our end, we will contact you to let you know the adjusted delivery time that you should expect. If a package has been insured by the customer, we will gladly reship any order that did not arrive at its intended destination. Free River Distributing can only guarantee shipping from our facility. Once your order leaves our facility, we can no longer be held responsible for its destination and arrival time. However, we will do everything in our power to assist you in ensuring your package arrives successfully.

Returns, Exchanges, Credits & Order Disputes

At Free River Distributing, we want to provide you with the best possible service. However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return your product(s) or the product(s) you received were incorrect, you must contact us via phone or email within 3 business days of receiving your order to request a refund, exchange or credit. Refunds, exchanges and credits will only be given for products that are sealed, unopened, unused and in the same condition as they were when originally packaged. Furthermore, refunds, exchanges and credits will only be given under the following conditions:

    1. Simple Return/Wrong Product Ordered by Customer: Shipping costs to return the product(s) will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received the returned product(s) and have ensured that the product is in the same condition as it was when originally packaged, we will exchange for the correct product or issue a refund/credit if desired.
    2. Supplier Error/Wrong Product Shipped to Customer: Shipping costs to return the product(s) will be the responsibility of Free River Distributing. Once we have received the returned product(s) and have ensured that the product is in the same condition as it was when originally packaged, we will exchange for the correct product or issue a refund/credit if desired.
    3. Error by Third Party Shipper (USPS, FEDEX): Free River Distributing packages every order to withstand the beating that can be applied when shipping a product long distances. We make every effort to get your product to you quickly, by the manner which you select at checkout and without issue, but we are unable to control problems that may arise from USPS or FedEx. We cannot assume responsibility for products that are damaged in transit or delayed by the shipping carrier. All orders are tracked and in the event that we show your order was never delivered, we will make every effort to assist you in locating the “lost” package or sending a replacement.
